Our speaker this month is Don Wales the grandson of Sir Malcolm Campbell MBE and nephew of Donald Campbell CBE, who between them broke over 21 World Land and Water speed records in various Bluebird craft.

Don is a professional photographer and currently holds the World Land speed record for a steam powered car, a ten-year project from conception to completion on Edwards Airforce base in California. He also held the UK Land speed record for an Electric car for 12 years and the Guinness World record for a ride on lawn mower!

He will relate the incredible achievements of the Campbell legacy over the past century.
